Our Kandhari Lamb Chop is a reinterpretation of the historic Kandhari Gosht. This once-celebrated Punjabi dish, itself inspired by the flavours of Afghanistan's Kandahar region, featured lamb curry braised with pomegranates. In our tribute, we honour its legacy by marinating tender lamb chops with pomegranate, ginger juice, and Leela’s signature garam masala. The result is a robust, aromatic dish that is deeply rooted in history.
